I have tachycardia, I had it for about a year, it went away

I have tachycardia, I had it for about a year, it went away for about a year and then it has come back and never left. I'm talking over 100bpm resting, always. It goes down to 55-60 when I sleep. I have hypothyroidism - Hashimoto's which I treat with thyroid medication, the tachycardia seems to be persistent no pattern matching my thyroid levels being hypo or euthyroid or hyper. It started before I started medication. What are the implications of having chronic tachycardia, and possible causes? I've had an echo exam which came back healthy with small amount of calcification but no abnormality.

I have recently been told that I have mild myocarditis after

Hi, I have recently been told that I have mild myocarditis after being admitted to hospital with arm pain, lightheadedness and high tropinin levels. Whilst I whilst I was in hospital they also found a few congenital issues...... bicuspid valve with mild stenosis, mild root dilation and regurgitation and an unusual course of left coronary artery (apparently I have a rather acute angulation of my left coronary artery which comes off the posterior sinus in the usual way). I am due to see my consultant again as an outpatient in two months (as there is a backlog atm). However in the meantime I am continuing to get a lot of lightheadedness, nausea and sickness, vision disturbances and breathlessness when I walk around or go up stairs etc... If I do too much I also get bouts of chest discomfort. I am also still getting the odd palpitation (my heart either feels very slow or sometimes it feels like its pounding in my chest). The past two days I have fainted (once after having a shower and once today whilst sat down at my laptop). I am currently having to work from home as I don't trust myself driving with all the lightheadedness. Is this all normal when you have myocarditis? Is it to be expected? How long will i last? Can it get worse? Or could my congenital conditions be causing these symptoms? The doctors didn't seem to worried about them (saying they were mild atm and just needed monitoring?) I just wanted a second opinion really as to what could be causing all of these symptoms.JA: Have you ever dealt with this before? Are you having any shortness of breath?Customer: YesJA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?Customer: I also have asthma, alpha one antitrypsin deficiency and bronchiectasis.
