Earlier last year, I noticed my little dog Eric (a Yorkie cross)

Earlier last year, I noticed my little dog Eric (a Yorkie cross) had a loose tooth - I clean his teeth every morning with Arm & Hammer Advanced toothpaste for dogs - and took him to the vet. They told me he had a couple of loose teeth and, because I thought it best for him, I gave them permission to remove them. This, of course, involved an anaesthetic. He duly recovered, but I noticed this morning that what looks like the original loose tooth is still there and still loose. It doesn't seem to be bothering him at all - he still enjoys his food and has a Dentastix every evening; because of this, I'm inclined to leave well enough alone but would value your opinion.

We think our cat had a seizure last night, he was lying on

Hi, we think our cat had a seizure last night, he was lying on his side, and all legs were jerking, he had saliva at his mouth, think it lasted about a minute as we were sleeping and were woken up by it. He was making a strange miaowing for a few minutes afterwards but seems fine now, just wondering what could have caused it? Thanks. JillAssistant: I'll do all I can to help. Seizures always look scary. Let's get you talking to the Veterinarian. What is the cat's name and age?Customer: Paddy, he is 4.Assistant: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about Paddy?Customer: No, he gets outside, he'd caught a mouse the night before and was agitated about that as it is loose in the house somewhere, we think it's got under the floorboards!

He's usually v lively eats more than any other cat - tries

He's usually v lively eats more than any other cat - tries to eat sellotape even = about 22 months (RSPCA rescue from July). He was on the sofa & had been sick on his blanket when I saw him 11.30 this morning. Jumped up to eat when other cat fed too, but sniffed food & left it. Other cat ate bit from both bowls. He's been on the same sofa all day (usually his into everything), v listless, now breathing more heavily & quickly than usual. Vomit was creamy coloured with what appeared to be small mammal intestine in. He regularly catches mice, rats (and frogs in the summer) his breath doesn't smell any different.Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. This sounds like it might be serious. I'll let the Veterinarian know what's going on ASAP. Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about the cat?Customer: just that he's usually lively, but he does always tend to flop down & just sleep wherever he is - usually on his back with his legs in the air! He's had all his shots, flea treatments, etc....Due for worming this week
