I've been working hard to find a Professional to assist you with your question, but sometimes finding the right Professional can take a little longer than expected.
I was checking to see if you had already found your answer or if you still need assistance from one of the Professionals.

Hello, welcome. My name is***** will do my very best to assist you with your question. I apologize if you have been waiting long for a response.
From what you are describing this issue is caused by the pins inside of the key cylinder being worn or a pin has come out of position. The only thing that can be done is try to spray some lubricant in the key hole which might free it up to turn, if this does not work the cylinder will need to be replaced.

Thank you Mike. the problem was as you said. To resolve the issue I called a locksmith who changed the cylinder and reset the key's, cost £120, all working now. Thanks anyway.

Regards Brian.
