Name is***** goal is to provide you with excellent service – if you feel you have gotten anything less, please reply back,
Two possible issue here a dead battery or a sticking starter motor .
Being stuck see if you can get some help with a second person to tap firmly on the starter motor when trying to start the engine this sometimes knocks the carbon brush to contact and turn the engine to get it started .
If this does not work then check the battery voltage ,you should have with a good battery fully charged, 12.6 volts.
If you have 12 or less volts then the voltage of this battery is low
and needs charging , if this is the case you may have a bad alternator that is not charging the battery .
With a volt meter attached to the battery check voltage should be around 12.5 +/-2 volts then still connected try and start the voltage drops below 11 volts then the battery does not have enough power to turn the starter motor,if the voltage does not drop then you have a bad starter or the power is not getting to it .
If you have a Manual gearbox have the car pushed to start.
then drive to the repair shop and have the starting system checked.
Need any follow up help then please get back to me with the reply button, and not the poor or bad service.
This way i can get back to you or suggest another expert if needed.
If i do not get back to you then i may be off line, and when i get back online i will get back to you..
Your deposit does not pay me until the answer is rated in a positive way,
Not rating or a bad rating does not constitute a refund.
If you are not happy or you have sorted out your problem before the answer then please let me know with the reply button .
Kind regards Greg.
