What is your question about this?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

well why dont i show on ask mid if im insured

I will not have any way of knowing that.
There could be any number of reasons. You may not be insured. It may have been cancelled for failing to pay or provide information. It might just be an error on their part. That does happen sometimes.
That information can only be obtained from your insurer reliably.
I don't have access to their systems obviously.
Is there anything else you wanted to know about this?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

i have confirmed with the insurers and they are saying all is ok from their end. i have paid my insurance in full and also sent the documents so i suppose must be error from their end

Yes, it could be.
It might be that the systems haven't updated yet.
