Just pass the claim onto your insurance company who will deal with it.It is very unlikely they would pay. Whiplash, a bit like historical sexual abuse, is just becoming a bit of a money making scam. They are quite well aware that many claims of this kind have no basis at all.Nevertheless, they are liable on your behalf and so it is for them to sort out not you.Can I clarify anything for you?Jo
