I have spoken with you before, my son received two speeding

Customer Question

I have spoken with you before, my son received two speeding offences, one 30th Nov and the other March 16, when we spoke you advised to deal with the latter and see if they raise the former again given that all notification were sent to his previous address. DVLA had not updated his address from a letter we sent in Aug 15. I have picked up post again from his old address and he has received a Single Justice Notice Procedure and we are on the 21st day, should we now respond before it escalates or is there any mitigation in them continuing to send to the wrong address even though they addressed the other speeding offence, in the interim, to the correct address.
