Is this just a con

What?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
You asked if I had a clean driving licence and I responded "yes". Then I heard nothing.

Sorry but I'm not sure what you mean?

Sorry what would you like to know?

I'm not sure what you wanted to know?

Are you asking what sentence you will receive?

If so, what was the road layout?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
That's correct, what sentence is likely. It was a 60mph road dropping to a 30mph limit

Is this a country road?

Was it a built up area?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It was a country road with a few houses on one side

There is no particular aggravation in that then. But it is a very high speed proportionate to the limit.

It is at the higher end of the highest sentencing bracket. That would mean the guidelines say either 6 points or a ban of between 7 – 56 days. Given that you are the higher end of the bracket there is a risk of a short ban.

It depends what other mitigation you can raise. At least it was not a particularly built up area and I suppose the distance driven at speed was fairly short.

There will also be a fine proportionate to your income, costs of £85 and the surcharge of roughly 10% of the fine.

Can I clarify anything for you?
