I got a ticket for 'running a red light' through the post

Customer Question

Hello, I got a ticket for 'running a red light' through the post yesterday, it says time in red light 1.3 seconds. Now looking at the pictures I clearly went through at yellow as when the picture was taken only my back wheels where behind the stop line so i wouldnt have been able to stop anyway do I have a case for an appeal
Assistant: Where are you located? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: In greater manchester
Assistant: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: what do you mean sorry?
Assistant: What confuses you?
Customer: nothing had been filed or anything
Assistant: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: and the whole thing confuses me tbh

Hi - are you asking if you should appeal this ticket or not?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I want to appeal it as I know i went through a yellow and it just caught me on the red with my rear wheels as it was only 1.3 seconds which is impossible for me to realise the light had turned red when I was ahead, my question is how do I appeal it :)
