Customer Question

My teenage son stole my car to drive it in the car park and crashed against other cars. The owner of one of the cars called the police. They asked me if I would allow them to arrest him. What are my options to make sure things are done right so that I am covered by my insurance?

On what basis?

Were they insured?

My son has no driving license and no insurance , he stole the car keys while i was abroad thinking he could drive the car in the car park (a private facility of the building we are living in) and crashed against 2 other cars

OK. So on what basis could you be insured?
