A friend has been poorly advised to appeal a speeding fine

Customer Question

A friend has been poorly advised to appeal a speeding fine and is due to go to court next week. The person who advised has left the business and now following more extensive investigation looks as tough he was the driver. What is the best course of action to keep fine and points to a minimum

Hi - can you explain exactly under what circumstances your friend found themselves in this situation and what was the speed over the limit please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
There was confusion as who was driving the van as initially records showed that he was working with someone else all day, but subsequently it appears that was not the case. He was doing 35 in 30 area.

OK. Has he said he was not the driver?
