If you found guilt of failing to stop & report an accident

Customer Question

If you found guilt of failing to stop & report an accident and careless driving how are the points calculated as I understand that if they all happened in the same event they are not accumulative? Is that correct?

Normally they would not prosecute you for both or if they do they would probably accept a plea to one or the other. However if they do insist upon prosecuting you for both the normally the points would be concurrent rather than consecutive so they will show on your licence but will not tot.

can I clarify anything for you?
