Hello. I parked unwittingly in a parking bay which had been reserved for disabled only but there was no clear signage apart from an A4 photocopy in smallish print on the side of the pay meter which I didn’t see as I was getting my purse ready. I have been issued a ticket and wish to appeal.
JA: Because traffic laws vary from place to place, can you tell me where this is?
Customer: Somerset. Due to covid 19 road closures. Many other people were unaware of bays that were restricted and did not see the signage it was not a proper sign that one would expectZ
JA: Do you need to appear in court?
Customer: No I am about to appeal on line at the moment.
