Ask a Traffic Law Question, Get an Answer ASAP!
Hi, welcome to JustAnswer. My name is*****’m a barrister with 12 years of experience and I am happy to help with your question today.
What would you like to know?
Are you asking if they can enforce it?
They can enforce it. They have an adjudicators decision there. Obviously it wouldn't matter if the vehicle wasn't within their reach but it is and they can seize it.
The only way to avoid that is to pay in full. You don't seem to have grounds for a statutory declaration.
Can I clarify anything for you?
Hopefully, I have answered your query in a way that is simple and easy to understand. If anything remains unclear, I will be more than happy to clarify it for you. In the meantime, thank you once again for using our services.
You can but normally they will want it paid off within 3 instalments.
Good to talk to you.
All the best.
