Hello,

My name is***** was arrested yesterday 19/11/2021 whilst driving my car on south street Romford. I was arrested for being in procession of a class A drug. I was taken to Romford police station where I was breathalysed which came back zero for alcohol. No drugs were found in my system as I hadn’t taken any drugs. I was later released with a simple caution. I am worried because I have a British passport however I am a Brazilian national. I would like to know if this simple caution will affect my residency at all? Also, how long will this simple caution remain on my criminal record if at all. I am very worried and I’m very remorseful. If somebody could please contact me on XXXXXXX or *****@******.*** it will be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Denilson.
