Humax decoder. HD-Free. After connecting to our existing cable, getting the messages:

Technical Problem. Your receiver is unable to receive a signal.
1. Use number keys to try another channel.
2. Check cable connection.
3. Press 'i' for customer service help.

Cable connection is OK. get no response when pressing 'i'. Using number keys switches receiver off.
