Yes that is power-save-mode please disconnect the set from the wall wait 5 mins then e-plug the set back in again let me know if anything changes

Hi Peter

Its locked in power saving mode, OK switch the set off from wallpower switch back on again and hold the on\off switch on the set itself whilst you plug in, let me know if that works or not
