Customer Question

I purchased a TX-42AS650B TV about three weeks ago. Mostly very pleased but two issues with the picture:
(1) some blurring around objects when picture shows camera motion - what settings would be best to reduce/eliminate this
(2) some "dirty screen effect" i.e. smudge type patches on screen when panning shots shown - this is especially noticeable on outdoor scenes, athletics, etc. Any suggestions please?
Thank you

Thanks for your response. I have now spoken to a Panasonic TV rep and believe I have the problem sorted to my satisfaction
Under the circumstances I would like to cancel my query - apologies if you have gone to any trouble
