I have a samsung TV model No LE32R88BD [R] Type No BP32EO..

Customer Question

I have a samsung TV model No LE32R88BD [R] Type No BP32EO.. Earlier this year the picture started to break up. I had it repaired and apparently the relevant part was changed. It worked for a couple of months before breaking up again. When I had my external arial check I was told the signal was too strong and was the probable cause, and the guy put a governer on it to reduce the strength of the signal. He also said the manufacture could reset the box over the phone. The same was happening with my small Phillips TV. I rang them and they did reset it to the original manufacturer setting.
My question is Is it worth trying to get my Samsung set repaired? Are you able to reset the TV to its original setting?
Should i just content myself thats its done!!!!!

Hello and sorry you're having problems.
What I would also need to know is: When you view from other sources (DVD, Game Console, SAT box, etc. etc.), does the picture still break up?
Also, when the issue occurs, if MENU using the original Samsung remote is pressed, will the MENU also break up?
