Hello and sorry you're having problems.
Can you please tell me how you receive your broadcasts on the set (Cable/SAT box, or direct aerial connection with no box)?
Also if using a box of come sort, how does it connect to the TV- what type of cable (Scart, HDMI, component video, etc.)?
How long have you owned the TV for and when did the problem occur?

hi which country are you in - I am in UK - TV receives signal from a SKY HD Box

SKF receives it signal from a dish

connection from box to TV is via HDMI

Note message is on TV and comes up as soom as TV is turned on

TV is 3 months old

problem occurred today

Thanks Jerry, I am in the U.S., but these issues are solved the same way.
I understand the message is on the TV, and it means the set has been inadvertently changed to the incorrect Input.
Please unplug the Sky box from power and shut the TV off.
Disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable between them on both ends- making sure it is secure.
Plug the Sky box back into AC and once it's rebooted turn the TV on, and use the INPUT button on the original TV remote to select the correct HDMI Input.
Let me know what happens.
