I Have poor hearing and my wife has normal hearing. I have tried some Headphones but
when plugged in it cuts out the tv speaker. is there any way around this ??
, There may be a way around this, but it would require either additional equipment, or a workaround.
Can you please tell me what is connected to this set that you receive broadcasts from (Sky Box, Cable/SAT box, etc.)?
Also what form of connection is that device using?
Are your headphones wireless or wired units?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

just seem some confusion on my account. tv is connected to sky hd box and Headphones are wireless

Thank you reply.
Does the Sky box have an available set of RCA red and white connections?
If so, are they empty, or running to the TV please?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

yesthere are audio red and white which are empty
