Hi! I have a Panasonic TX-55AX902B and a fly has died in the 'blue glow' section at the bottom - how do I get it out? Thanks
Hello and sorry you're having problems. In order to access anything inside of the TV itself (either n the bottom of the screen or in the power light area), you must remove the entire back of the TV and then remove the boards that are in front of the LCD panel. All of the screws on the back must be removed to remove the back panel and access this. However if the TV is under a year old, then you will void the warranty by doing this and it would be best left in the hands of Panasonic in case anything should break while attempting this. That being said, how long have you owned the set for please?

Hi, thanks for the advice - I have had the TV for less than 6 months, so guess the best thing to do is ring Panasonic and get them out to sort it?

You're welcome, and yes if the set is within one year from the date of purchase, it's best to have them take care of anything that involves dis-assembly of the TV.If you need further assistance let me know.
