Hi How you doing.I bought a portable TV thought it was only a matter of plugging it in and I would get picture and sound.Bought a ariel today but still no signal, picture,or sound,please help

Hello, No it's generally not as easy as simply plugging it in. In most cases a programming protocol must be followed. However we have no specifics of your TV? In other words, could you postback with the Brand and Model number off of the back of the set?
