Hi Antony thanks for your response, when the TV was installed the engineer showed me a feature on the sets menu swapping to 4hd unfortunately I forgot where this is any ideas?
I still think you do not understand, you can't switch to 4k if its not there, the source ie the box must be delivering 4k in order for you to see it then the set automatically switches to 4k, its the same in any mode even 1080 or 720 the set has to have it inputted before you can see it, you do not have to switch to it for that, if its in the wrong mode you wont see anything Let me know if you need more info Anthony

Hi Anthony I have checked and Virgin do not yet transmit in HD4 or Ultra HD but are rolling it out in the near future. I just wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something on my set. You were right thank you very much for you response I have given you a 5star feedback rating .
