Assistant: Have you tested the connections by doing a ping utility test?
Customer: no
Assistant: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it hasn't been working for along time when you press btvision it comes up not connected
Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: connections turning off still not working red light on hub turn green then back to red
