JA: What device are you trying to connect?
Customer: TIVO tv v6 Network error (C219)
JA: How old is your V6?
Customer: Its brand new delivered today.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Don't know can try on another HDMI connection
JA: How long has this been an issue with your V6? What happened right before this?
Customer: Every thing seemed to load up ok.
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
