Assistant: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: This is after returning digital areal. They do not play now. We have re tuned 3 times. With no success.
Assistant: What have you tried so far?
Customer: soney kdl-32v4000 - 32inch windscreen ready Bravo's LCD TV with Freeview
Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Purchased 2009
Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes it works. No alternate source input dificuties
Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?
Customer: Channel asked to be returned as moving station. No prior problem.

If the channels are not playing then either the signal is weak or your TV is not capable of playing them.

What signal strength are you getting on those channels?
