I know my passoword for my account but the system is not accepting it. How do I now login
JA: Just to clarify, what device or product are you trying to access?
Customer: TV with now box.
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: I have no idea as I am at work and not infront of it but it is quite an old tv
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The tv menu does work. I was trying to watch itv catch up and it suddenely says that I need to login. When trying to login, the system will not accept the email and/or passoword

I am trying to log into ITV on my now box. I have not lost the password. However the login is not accepting the email or the login

Ok, to reset the ITV password:

Go to

Go to the ‘Sign in’ page found at the top and click the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link.

Now enter your email address and you will receive an email that contains a link to reset your password.

Don't forget that your email may go to your junk folder, so do check in there if you don't see it straight away.
