JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Sony Bravia, about 6 years
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I think my problem is more basic and simpler than you can imagine:the roku channel for the courses tells me to enter roku.com/link and then tells me to put in xxcyyi5.do i put that after/link or where
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?
Customer: i am trying to start a new connection to great courses
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: this is a first attempt to connect and play great courses on a new channel on roku
