I signed on to Amazon prime video and this worked ok for the first few days but now I cant get past the selection page
JA: Just to clarify, what device or product are you trying to access?
Customer: TV
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Its a 40" Sony model number KDL - 40WD653 2 YEARS OLD
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The TV menu works and I can access prime video on my ipad
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

First, check if other apps are working ok on your TV.

If they aren't, try restarting your router - a glitch on it may prevent some devices from connecting correctly.
