Can you please remove the power to the stick (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the stick, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Can you tell me which HDMI port on the TV the stick is connected to please?
do you have a HDMI port on the TV?
Do you have another TV there?
Can you please use the stick on that TV and tell me if it works on that please.
