I have a panasonic tv tx-40cs520B. When I made it back to the default setting, all of my apps (including app market) don't work anymore. Instead, it says 'market service is currently in maintenance mode'.
JA: What Panasonic model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: tx-40cs520B
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I don't have the menu. I got the tv from my friend yesterday. When i used his setting, everything was fine. But i wanted to erase his data record, and now it has the problem such as this. I don't have sources/inputs problem.
JA: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
