There are several ways to connect your phone to the TV and play media stored on it.

When you open a media app on your phone, such as Gallery, Music, or Video, nearby devices will be displayed in their own tab.

If the device you are trying to connect to is not detected, and you are sure it is connected to the same Wi-Fi access point, and press Refresh.

You may also need to try turning off data on the phone if it is currently enabled, to force the phone to join the same Wi-Fi network as the TV.

Let me know if that works for you.

I tried what you write about and nothing works.

Is it possible that this TV has no Smart TV connection ?
Expert:  Pete replied 4 months ago.

The TX-49FX550B is a Smart TV and uses DLNA 1.5.

Is it connected to your Wi-Fi network, and have you tested the network connection on the TV?

Have you tried connecting the phone using a HDMI adapter, to see if that works?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
No , I don't have A cable.
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
thank you for your help but I have already found out this type of TV cannot be connected to the phone.
Expert:  Pete replied 4 months ago.

The phone can be connected to any HDMI TV using a HDMI cable and adapter, just like any other device.

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I know but I wanted connect by WIFi
Expert:  Pete replied 4 months ago.

This older TV uses DLNA 1.5 so is not compatible with newer phones, so your best way to connect it is either use a HDMI cable, or use another device, such as Chromecast, to cast to the TV wirelessly.
