Can you look for bulged and leaky capacitors on the Power Supply

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I’ve already swapped out the power supply board. Tv exhibits the same symptoms
Expert:  Jeff the TV Guy replied 2 months ago.

OK, the next part to change would be the Main Board, there is not much inside these TVs as you have seen

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I’ve got one on order. Like u I thot it was a capacitor slowly charging up
Expert:  Jeff the TV Guy replied 2 months ago.

I have an ESR meter to check caps, sometimes the go bad and you can't tell by the outside, but it costs about $200 (160.75 GBP) for the meter.

The main board is only £23 so it’s more economical to try that first but thank you for your time

No problem, good luck!
