Model UE 40H70000ST For several years, we have successfully viewed BBC Iplayer but for no accountable reason, It has ceased to function. It appears on screen and shows loading but nothing more happens. Please advise what action we should take to reinstate this program.

Customer: We tried to set it by e-manual but we do not know our pin number, so we tried change the password ***** success as system did not recognise our email

Could you please begin by rebooting BOTH the TV and any satellite or cable box you may be using by disconnecting BOTH from wall-power wait 5 mins then re-plug BOTH back in again, give 5 more mins for the box to boot fully let me know if there is any change please
