JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: Dolby digital
JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: gota new hub but it won’t reset

Customer: my electrician has tried everything. He says I need a new box

Please unplug power to your sky box, for a minimum of 5 minutes,

replug, wait 5 more for it to start back up, and see how it works from there.

 

If no change, you'll need to contact Sky directly to request that they provide you with a new box.
