I have made a mistake when setting up my new TV. I did this

I have made a mistake when setting up my new TV. I did this by entering UK twice and now it locked and i cannot complete the set as it is in the wrong langage. what can I do to got back to as new and start as new.
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: 24 " TX-24E302B HD bought 28 Nov 2019 3 days old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: the menu is stuck and is not in english
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?
Customer: On the first start up i clicked english and then the menu on the remote controler I then must have done the wrong thing as it is now in a foreign language and unable to complete the set up

What language is it showing currently? Are you able to read the menus at all?

Hello, it appears your question is still open.
I haven't heard back with the details needed to get into specifics,
but if you still need help I can give you some general info to get you started.

 

 

Go into the tv setup menu and look there for Shipping Condition, select that to reset the tv and you'll be prompted to set it up correctly the next time around.
