JA: Are there any HDMI cables or A/V jacks (red, yellow, and white cables) plugged into your TV?
Customer: No
JA: Was there a power outage recently?
Customer: not that I am aware of but the other tv works through a talktalk box because of a fault in the box was replaced and that tv system working ok

If your TV displays the message ''weak or no signal check aerial connection and check saved channels" then first check that the aerial has not moved, and that the cable and connection from the aerial to the TalkTalk box and TV is good.
