I have an LG smart tv model 55LB730v-zd. The software

I have an LG smart tv model 55LB730v-zd. The software version is 04.33.22.
The webOS TV version is 1.3.1-3222(afro-arches).
I have just upgraded my internet speed to enable me to watch Netflix,
However, there is no Netflix app on the tv, nor is there an LG store.
How do I load Netflix?

Ok I've done that but there is no Netflix or LG store app.
I have got Amazon prime video and have loaded it and can watch that so the internet etc is fine.
I've also been into settings to update software on the TV.

Netflix is not available in your country.

I've also reset factory settings but still no LG content store

I don't understand.
I live in Isle of Man and pay a UK TV licence, receive all UK channels and Sky.
I can access and watch Amazon prime.
Many other people are able to access Netflix.

It is usually connected to the ip address.

I've only just connected the TV to wifi as I switched providers for a much better speed.
Previously the download speed was 1 to 2MB so there was little point in trying to watch Netflix.

I understand, unfortunately if it is not showing in the LG after the latest update it wont be available on that tv.
