Since having to retune I have not been able to get channel 11. I have now managed to get it back up but it is unwatchable
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: lgoled55inches only recently bought
JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: auto retuning and manual although didn’t really know what to do on manual . Tried digital only and smart tv better results with digital antenna
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: its an lg oiled smart tv only bought for Christmas
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: have not tried any other sources menu works but wasn’t showing some channels . Now got it showing most channels only this one having problems. Was working perfectly until we all had to retune recently
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

 

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
