JA: Hi. How can I help?
Customer: i brought a sony tv package just over a year ago which included a soundbar and sub woofer
JA: What Sony model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: my reciept says i have a 5 year garentee
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: KD55XF900 5BUHP2
JA: How long has this been an issue with your Sony? What happened right before this?
Customer: THE SUB WOOFER DOES NOT CONNECT VIA BLUETOOTH
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: AND NOW I CANNOT EVEN TURN THE SUB WOOFER ON
