Welcome to the site! I'm Dan.

What controller did you try? Did that one control this same TV previously?

Customer: replied 10 days ago.
I’m using the Panasonic controller that goes with the tv
Expert:  Dan T. replied 10 days ago.

You mentioned another controller. Which one was that?

Customer: replied 10 days ago.
The one that goes with another Panasonic tv
Expert:  Dan T. replied 10 days ago.

Ok that isn't going to work your TV.

We need to narrow this down to the TV itself, or the remote. You can do that by using a universal remote control from a local electronics store.

Expert:  Dan T. replied 10 days ago.

If that remote works, then your original Panasonic remote needs to be replaced. If that's the case, you can simply continue using the universal.

If the universal remote doesn't work, we must suspect that the IR sensor inside the TV has failed. The part is normally inexpensive but labor can take some time. Let me know if that's where you end up and I'll see if I can source a part for you.

Great! It will come with programming instructions. If you are isolating at home, Amazon also has many to choose from.
