JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: It’s a g4 Samsung about 3 years old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: No the tv as not been turned in and I don’t know how to do it
JA: The Technician will be able to walk you through that. How long have you had your G4?
Customer: Just over 3 years
JA: What have you tried so far with your Samsung product?
Customer: All we have done is set the virgin box’s up and check with virgin and they say it’s all ok
JA: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: If I turn everything off and wait 30 minutes it says on the top left corner all channels not available
