When I log in its says I've missed a payment but my ban k account details are the same
JA: What's the brand and model of your product?
Customer: Now TVs enterinment pass...
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Sangsung
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: It all works I just press ok it clears message and I can use all my channels I just don't want to cancel anything
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?
Customer: Bill was due out last weds and message came up on thursday

Check your bank statement for the withdawl first to confirm payment was made
