I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TV. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Can you please remove the power to the TV and any other devices connecting to the TV such as a cable box ect (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV and connecting devices, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

I do not understand your reply sorry, you either use the app on the Sky box or directly on your TV.
which model Sky box do you have
ok, but are you using Youtuber the app on the Sky box or on an app on the TV? It is one or the other
Can you please look and confirm?
Go to the menu on the TV and choose First Time Installation to reset it.
Once done, it will ask you to set it up again like when you first purchased it.
Do this and tell me how it then functions please

It means the TV does not support this anymore, if you wish to use the apps you need a Roku Stick which you can get here
You connect this to your TV's HDMI port and it will provide you with Youtube plus hundreds of other apps.
But you need this in order to get this on the TV.
