JA: Hello. How can I help?
Customer: I have a Samsung flat screen. it has a samsung box that keeps showing a plug in diagram on the screen when i turn the tv on?
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: can i go and get the details?
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I pull out the power socket and the connection wire, plug it back in and it works again?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this?
Customer: It's happened one rthe last two weeks three four times

the box is a one connect and has a model number of SOC1000m. When i turn the tv on ( 3/4 times now) it comes up with a animated diagram asking to connect it to - shows a plug and cable being placed in the box. They are in there. I've taken them out and out them back in, turned the tv off and that's fixed it??!
