my tv is not working it gives message that my box is not receiving sattalite signals
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: it is panasonic and brandnew
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: nothing is working
JA: How long has this been an issue with your Panasonic? What happened right before this?
Customer: an hour ago

Please unplug power to your satellite box, for a minimum of 5 minutes.

Replug, wait 5 more for it to start back up, and see how it works from there.
