we can try to connect to the tv from PC/laptop via ADB using Micro-USB (Mini-A) at the back to see whether the device is listed.
maybe we can downgrade the firmware if we see the tv in the pc.

on the back there is als a adb usb port, connect the canble to your pc.
then power on the tv, hopefully we get a external drive where we can see the OS files.
is it connected with a network cable?
