I’ve a jvc smart tv. I’ve all channels apart from 3. It’s telling me it’s an aerial problem 🤷🏼‍♀️
JA: What JVC model do you have? How old is it?
Customer: it’s brand new bought on Saturday
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes and no
JA: How long has this been an issue with your JVC? What happened right before this?
Customer: It worked then all of a sudden I couldn’t get the channel
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Its on Tv should it be on HDM1 or 2 because it’s telling me there no signal how can this be when I’ve got all other channels ?
