Hi I have a smart TV and appear to have 'lost' some sources - not showing up on home screen can u help pls?
JA: Are there any HDMI cables or A/V jacks (red, yellow, and white cables) plugged into your TV?
Customer: yes nothing has changed as far as I know?
JA: Was there a power outage recently?
Customer: not that I know of - beed away a week
